Model CLW5180GQWE6 Dongfeng Kinland integrated cleaning & sewage suction truck is built on original Dongfeng DFH1180EX8 National VI 4×2 sanitation chassis with 18-ton legal GVW. The integrated split tank is divided into clean water compartment and sewage compartment, standard configuration is 4CBM clean water tank + 8CBM sewage tank with total volume of 12 cubic meters, upgradable to 15 cubic meters as required. The vehicle integrates four core functions: high-pressure pipeline dredging, vacuum manure & sewage suction, mud self-unloading and road surface washing. One single unit completes full-cycle operations including municipal sewer dredging, septic tank sludge extraction, construction mud transportation, livestock manure transfer and road high-pressure cleaning. Equipped with Cummins 210/260HP National VI diesel engine and Fast 8-speed gearbox, it delivers sufficient power for long-distance heavy-duty work. The superstructure adopts two independent operation systems: the high-pressure cleaning unit uses 22Mpa large-flow plunger pump with rear hydraulic reel winding 80m high-pressure hose and multiple special dredging nozzles; the sewage suction unit adopts water-circulation vacuum pump with vertical suction depth up to 10 meters for powerful extraction. The tank is fitted with middle hydraulic lifting cylinder and hydraulic quick-opening rear cover for leak-free sludge self-discharging. Standard anti-overflow protection, water-gas separator and bidirectional intercommunication ball valve prevent sewage backflow to protect pumps. The tank is integrally welded with thickened carbon steel, with wear-resistant reinforcement at sewage tank bottom, fully sealed to avoid odor leakage and meet environmental standards. Widely used for municipal sanitation dredging teams, property management, livestock farms and construction projects, the vehicle is certified for nationwide registration, with customizable tank volume, pump unit and auxiliary engine.
