Dongfeng Kinland multi-functional snow removal truck adopts original Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle DFH1180EX8 National VI 18-ton chassis with 4700mm wheelbase. Equipped with Cummins 230HP diesel engine and 8-speed manual gearbox, it is standard fitted with ABS braking, auto-adjustable headlights, 275 vacuum tires with spare wheel and factory air conditioner, delivering stable power for long-distance highway snow clearing work. The vehicle integrates three-in-one winter snow removal equipment: interchangeable 3.5m hydraulic rotary snow sweeper and 3.3m heavy-duty snow plow at front, suitable for different snow depth conditions. A large-capacity de-icing agent spreader with 6~10 cubic meters volume is installed at rear, evenly spreading snow melting salt and de-icer to rapidly eliminate thin ice and residual snow on pavement. All snow removal attachments adopt independent hydraulic control system with centralized electric operation panel in cab, enabling stepless adjustment of brush height, plow angle and spreading flow rate. The snow plow is made of thick wear-resistant steel plate, and the sweeper uses wear-resistant nylon bristles with excellent low-temperature resistance, perfectly matching severe cold environment in northern regions.
